[求譯] 一些估價單用法

因為最近突然被請求翻譯估價單...

我英文也2266，用一些基本字跟外國人溝通還可

但是商用英文的詞彙跟用法實在是都不熟

所以就上網GOOGLE了一些用法

勉強翻了出來，但為避免錯誤

所以想上來請教一各位幫忙看一下翻譯...


原文

1. 付款方式：訂貨時需先給付30%訂金，製作完成時給付第二期款30%，
             交貨完成10日內給付第三期款30%，驗收後10日內付清尾款10%。
2. 交貨方式：FOB 臺灣高雄港，並依照Incoterms 2010的內容來規範。
3. 交貨期：訂單成立後120個工作天內出貨。
4. 報價有效期限：以上報價有效期限15天
5. 此報價含安裝、教育訓練；唯安裝人員/工程人員/教育訓練人員之食宿、機票
   等費用由甲方支付。


以下是我自己翻的

1. Payment terms : 30% down payment, 30% second installment (when system
                   completely manufactured)
                   30% third installment (Within 10 days after receipt of
                   consignment), the balance of 10% (Within 10 days after
                   final acceptance).
2. Delivery terms : Incoterms 2010, FOB Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
3. Delivery time : Within 120 days after confirmation of order (30% down payment).
4. Validity : Within 15 days from the issue date.
5. The total price includes : System Installation, System Operation training；
Part A is responsible to provide accommodation, transportation and food for
Installation Engineers and Trainer.
