請問高手們一個英文文法問題

If it were not.....
If it had not......
But for......
這些我懂
例一：
But for your help, I would fail.
(要不是你的幫助，我已失敗)
(與現在事實相反的假設語氣)
例二：
But for your help, I would have failed.
(要不是你當時的幫助，我那時早已失敗)
(與過去事實相反的假設語氣)
這些我懂
外加賴氏文法書跟其他文法書都說：
「本句型限使用於與現在事實相反跟與過去事實相反的假設語氣中」
所以我想問的是
那未來的事情要怎麼講？
例三：
要不是你明天會來，我現在才不須要訂餐廳。
(要怎麼翻？？)
But for your coming tomorrow, I would not have to book the restaurant.
(感覺一定是錯的)
還是很直觀地翻
If it is not because you are coming tomorrow, I would not have to book the
restaurant.
例四：
要不是你明天會來，我昨晚才不須要訂餐廳。
(要怎麼翻？？)
But for your coming tomorrow, I would not have had to book the restaurant
last night.
(感覺一定是錯的)
還是很直觀地翻
If it is not because you are coming tomorrow, I would not have had to book
the restaurant last night.
所以我想問的是
既然
If it were not.....
If it had not......
But for.....
這三者都不能用於未來
那未來的事情要怎麼講？
