昨天想要跟一個老師表達:

是不是因為在日本念那所學校，學費比美國較便宜 所以學生去唸


Does the Japan's tuition be cheaper than studying in US,
so students choose to register.


不曉得用Does開頭的問句是否有錯?

另外，還有哪個文法或用字要修正?
