最近在寫英文的論文，不過一直被單複數困擾著；因此，
想在這裡尋問大家一下。
1.「有百分之七十六的病人能夠記住他們醫師的名字」。
以上這句話要寫成
76% of the patients were able to remember their physicians’names
還是
76% of the patients were able to remember their physician's name
2.「病人的滿意度」。
以上這詞要寫成
Patient satisfaction, patient's satisfcation, patients' satisfaction,
還是patients satisfaction
3.「無論是結果A還是結果B，都大於結果C和結果D的任一個結果」。
以上這句話可以寫成
Both result A and result B are larger than result C and result D嗎？
4.如果我要表達「在五個不同城鎮裡，便利商店的總數量不一樣」。
那我要寫成
The number of convenience stores was different in five towns
還是
The numbers of convenience stores were different in five towns
5.如果我要表達「有車子和沒車子的人是不一樣的」。
可以寫成
The people with cars and without cars are different嗎？
另外想問「The people with cars」可以寫成「The people with a car」嗎？
