[求譯] 一封給ETS的申訴信

[saucy (Elevator)]

因為考托福遇到當機，
工作人員搞了半天 導致晚了40多分鐘才又開始考試
換了新電腦也沒讓我測麥克風，最後考試時因為延長太久，導致一直尿急...
(因為中間延誤時間  監考人員也沒讓我休息，只希望我坐著耐心等候)
所以決定跟ETS申訴看看

不曉得我寫的申訴信 是否能傳達情況...
希望幫我修改看看
(前面姓名跟考場編號就先不打了~)

The problem:

Hi, I took the test on 2017/1/7(date) in STN12587A(Taipei,Taiwan).
When I was taking the speaking section of the test,
my laptop stopped working. The test administrator had to deal with for me
but I delayed 40~50 minute of the speaking and writing.

The administrator asked me to change the laptop,
but there was no microphone test on new laptop when I restarted to took
spaeaking.

The test administrator also don't let me to rest during this 40~50 mins.

As a result, I was unable to properly complete the speaking section.
And I have a urgency and physical problem while I took writing due to big
test\
 delay.
This was the fault of the test center but they said there is nothing they
could do about it.

However, I am entitled to a re-test according to your policies.
Please help me schedule another test date.
