標題[請益] 要寫申請書給日本長官 求改錯

由於以前沒寫過英文文章，最近要寫一封信給日本長官看，
內容大約是公司目前的中華電信adsl雖然有1組固定IP，
但仍然會因為中華電信的電路調整而改變IP，
這時候會影響一些廠商或軟體使用SFTP傳檔案到公司來，
所以我們想申請這個IP為永久式的固定IP。
我們公司 has been leasing one static IP of Chunghwa Telecom's(CHT) ADSL since
2012. But this static IP isn't permanent fixed . It may be changed because
CHT may change ADSL circuit. This change will have a impact on 3rd party
vendors and XXXXX(某軟體) when transfer files to 我們公司 by useing SFTP. So, we
plan that update this static IP to permanent static IP.
請版上先進幫小弟看一下內容哪邊要再調整，
