收到合作夥伴來信表示會議主席MR.PARK辭任
將由MR.YOO代表出任剩餘任期
所以我必須寫一封感謝信及恭賀就職的信件
目前我打算擬寫的信件內容如下：
中文：
我們感謝MR.PARK對於XX會議的付出，祝福其日後一切順遂。
也恭喜MR.YOO出任MR.PARK剩餘的任期。
英文：
We thanked Mr.Park for XX conference, wish he all the best.
Also congratulate Mr.Yoo served as remainder of the term.
