疑問：看不懂原文中間的with death怎麼解釋
自己譯文（除了破折號之間的字）：
社會民主黨早先能主張，政府應壓制傳染，即便代價是暫時取消公民自由。
context:這邊說的疾病是愛滋病，這段在討論患者的個人自由和群體安全何者重要。
