這句是在光華雜誌上看到的。

holidays. 這邊的from childhood New Year holidays是不是少了介系詞還是什麼字
讀起來有點怪。

中譯：小時候我住在眷村鄰居是南腔北調、夾雜流利閩南語的鄰居伯伯嬸嬸們。
我的問題是When small I lived.... 這邊是用到倒裝句法嗎？還是when small是慣用語
呢？

這是guardian報導最近爆紅的影片中的內容，學者在家中連線BBC講南韓情勢時，兩個女
兒亂入。
第一句的cue a panicked woman也是倒裝句法嗎？這句有點難用我理解過的文法來理解
句構，還請高手釋疑。
下面是大陸國家級翻譯張璐的中翻英，我有幾個問題：
1.守職而不廢 處義而不回。
I will not waver and carry out my duties, and will remain true to my
conviction.
有and的關係，I will not waver（我不猶疑）and carry out my duties
（而會完成我的責任），not不會否定到後面的動詞，意思變成我不猶疑且不完成嗎？
是不是應該說I will not waver and I will carry out my duties呢？
