契約期間內,乙方若要終止合約,不得向甲方要求租款償還以及壹切權利金,當自將房屋無條件照原狀歸還房東,不得異議
The Tenant cannot terminate this agreement before the expiry date of the term,f any against this clauses, weot be allowed to require landlord to return contract security deposit(TLC 2,785) and rent.
And the tenant shall at his cost without delay vacate the Premises, re-convey the Premises to the landlord.
