[文法] need問題

[juw (匆匆為何 太匆匆)]

The cream ____ in the refrigerator until you need it.

A.needs to be kept   B.needs being kept
C.needs to be keeping D.needs be kept


答案為A，為什麼B不可以? 看書中文法有 need+Ving
