標題[請益] 努力超越，追求卓越 可以這樣翻嗎?

大家好
我要翻一句slogan「努力超越，追求卓越」
我目前是譯成：Strive to surpass and pursuit to get excellence
可否如上那樣翻譯?
或是有更精簡有力的方式可表達?
另外「成本效益」我看到有不同的翻法
1.cost effectiveness
2.cost efficiency
兩者有什麼差別嗎?
我單獨查了 effectiveness 跟 efficiency
前者是效用，後者有效率
但組合起來中文翻譯卻是一樣
