請問：
once in a while
(every) now and then~~every似乎好像可以省略
from time to time
occasionally
以上這四組中文解釋都是「偶爾，不時」，請問用法有何差異？
可以互換嗎？(例如以下句子) 若是可以互用，意思又是差在那裡呢？
ex: It's all right to get a cold once in a while.
= It's all right to get a cold now and then.
= It's all right to get a cold from time to time.
= It's all right to get a cold occasionally.
