剛剛在幫姪子看英文作業，
學校是用world wise 3000的教材，
其中有一課給了一篇關於節水的文章，
並在文章下問到，
How would you describe an order that restricted families to only one gallon of water a day?
這問題的意思是要
1. 描述對這order的想法
2.用換句話說解釋這order
3.擬一份order的稿
看到實在很疑惑，覺得應該是1 ，
不過怕誤解，
便上來請教各位，謝謝
