[請益] 請問一段句子的文法

[teddyisgood (我愛$$)]

I didn't choose habits I thought I should add because of what anyone else was
doing.

我的理解是habits 是 I though 的受詞 所以可以省略中間的that，但是I should add呢
?是否也是一樣的道理那這樣不就多了一個動詞了
