[文法] 疑似分詞構句？

各位版友好，有一個文法困擾我許久，希望大家能幫助我釐清觀念。

例句如下：

rld.

我的理解是：

此句是"Taipei 101 is 508-meter high, which makes it one of the highest buildin
gs in the world."省略"which"後，將"makes"改成"making"後的用法。

這種解釋說得通嗎？希望各位版友可以幫忙解答，謝謝！
