[求譯] conservative agenda

請問這裡的promote a conservative agenda要怎麼翻譯？
覺得agenda很難翻，像是at the top of the agenda, high on the agenda好像是是抽象
的一種進度。

→ b9910: 當然你也可翻成保守"議程"  但這不是中文慣用的搭配語
→ b9910: 很多翻譯讀起來很累很不像中文 就是太忠於原文

→ b9910: ...high on the agenda 優先處理
推 b9910: 基本上不需要agenda上面打轉  依前後文翻成通順的中文就好
