[文法] 在這句子中，that是指哪一個?

This memory is partitioned into 16 banks of 256 bytes that contain the General
 Purpose Registers (GPRs) and Special Function Registers (SFRs).

小魯深信著，that, which 在當關代的時候，先行詞一定是離它最近的那一個，但4看了這
句後，恍然大悟地發現，that的先行詞好像是"This memory"捏。

所以小魯提出了一個見解:

當獨立子句是被動語態時，先行詞代表的是主詞；反之是受詞，大家說是不是~

謝謝各位熱烈回覆，我想先申明一點，此處的原文並不是dunchee所提供的網址的內容，所
以情況並不是GPRs跟SFRs各有128(不過也不是重點)，重點是contain沒有+s，證明了這裡
的先行詞是"16 banks of 256bytes"，我的解讀是:這16個bank(每個個有256bytes) cont-
ain.....，謝謝大家 小魯下台一鞠躬
