小魯想請教的是，從屬子句為S+V+O+C，其中的補語是to be transmitted，是用來形容O的
所以這句的翻譯是:每當transmitter在要被傳送的bit stream中偵測到五個連續一樣的bit
值時，則會自動在實際被傳送的bit stream中插入一個補數bit
請問小魯翻譯的正確嗎?還是有哪裡誤會這句原文的意思?
