[文法] 分詞Ving的使用

[gcaa (很難很難....)]

最近做考題時遇到以下題目

The company is being investigated because of the recent financial problems

____ in the press.

答案是 "reported"

但我不懂另一個選項"are reported"為什麼是錯的

我已為兩個選項都是對的?

懇請解惑
