這句話“從2009年1月1日起，註冊費調整為5元/人”
有兩種說法：Effective Jan. 1st,2009， the registration fee will be 5RMB/person
.
或者：The registration fee will be 5 RMB/person, effective Jan. 1st， 2009.
請問 子句的effective是省略了什麼呢？
我翻了分詞構句的單元都找不太到，
有沒有類似的形容詞一樣用法呢
