這句不是instructed by local authorities.
?而有那個to

這句的原型是
do not do so unless you are instructed to by local authorities.  嗎？

to 後面 是直接 接介系詞片語 from 3 p.m.做受詞嗎？還是副詞？
可以直接have access from ~~~嗎？

請問Attached不是副詞，在這邊是省略了什麼呢？ 兩子句主詞不一樣能用分詞構句嗎？
