大部分的要求取決於參與人員的技巧、訓練及態度。
Much depends on the skill, training and attitudes of the personnel involved.
"參與人員" "personnel involved"
為什麼不是 "involved(形容詞) personnel(名詞)"
而是 "personnel(名詞) involved(形容詞)"
這樣文法對嗎?? (名詞+形容詞)
