在閱讀文章時發現這段：

not involved in open innovation at the moment.
想請問把of放到句首的這個用法是倒裝的使用嗎？
以及這句翻譯起來的意思是：34%有瀏覽該網頁並有投入於此工具的公司並沒有參與開放
式創新。
不曉得理解有沒有錯誤？
