[求譯] 關於罵人的翻譯

有幾句台灣人習慣用來罵人的話
但我想不到英文有對應的語境 有辦法翻譯嗎?

1. 不說話會怎樣嗎? 會死嗎
2. 我這樣講是為你好 不然到時候倒楣的是你

第一句 我的翻譯是
what would happen if you shut up? will you die?
但這樣好像沒有翻出生氣的感覺
因為對歐美文化不熟悉
想請問 英文有類似這樣的罵人方式嗎? 如果有要怎麼講呢?

第二句 我的翻譯是
What I said is for your own good or you will have bad luck.
也是不確定能不能這樣說.......
尤其是倒楣的說法 我找不到相近的詞

→ deerwings: 基本上情緒用語你不要用中文直譯,以英文口語常說的方式
