想請問一下這個句子的翻譯和文法，前半部我看得懂，
但後半部就看不懂了。
之前有看過類似的as did的用法，
I voted Labour, as did my wife.
但這次的例子中 as are 後面也沒有接名詞，而且是as.....as are的句型，
又讓我弄不太清楚了，不知是否有朋友看得懂這個句子呢？
