請教各位高手，小弟問個弱弱的問題
The research is to be published in the August edition of the "journal of Consumer Reserch".
這段話應該是說明 這篇研究是在8月"被"發表的沒錯吧？
我困惑點在於"is to be published"這裡
它這是使用不定詞的文法(兩個動詞不能連著使用)
但可以改成"was published"嗎？
因為被動式使用be動詞＋過去分詞 (p.p.)不是更直接嗎？
還是說兩者表達的意義是不同的呢？
