第一句的部分。
如果是我寫，我一定會寫成:
with a 'bytes to read' that its size is 'FFh'.

為什麼它可以把它簡略成這樣?(重點是我還看得懂，還覺得很順)

請問有什麼規則可循嗎?

請各位看下面那張Table(Get SDR Command)，在數字6的那格:
Bytes to read. FFh means read entire record.
如果把第6個Byte設為FF，代表要讀整個record，也就是上文第一句的意思。
If you issue a........-meaning 'read entire record'
所以size of FFh是形容bytes to read沒錯。
