題目: 保證人是指與債權人約定，為主合同債務提供擔保，當債務人不能履行債務時，
由保證人按照約定履行債務或者承擔責任的一方當事人。
試譯: A guarantor is a party who shall perform the obligation or take the
responsibility when a debtor is unable to repay the debt in terms of the
agreement reached with a creditor to provide assurance.
