[文法] 想問where所引導的名詞子句

在看八月CNN介紹綠能電池背後原料的來源。
看到下面這段話。


We could't prove where exactly the dirty cobalt enters the international
supply chain.
我們無法證實這些骯髒的鈷究竟是從何進入國際供應鏈。

我想想問的是，這邊where所引導的子句，是不是省略掉from。
the dirty cobalt enters the international from where ...
這樣理解不知道有沒有錯

→ ddqueen: 這句可以理解成，international supply chain是很多很長
→ ddqueen: 的很多段，然後cobalt不知是從其中哪一個環結進來的。
