大家好，最近翻譯的出生證明公文，但是幾個不知道有沒有合乎公文要用的字，不知道能
不能在這版請問一下大家

受託人用Trustee

Title: Concerning the recipient entrusted OOO with the case of the birth certi
ficate application, attached Explanation No 2, please review as is.

有關台端委託OOO申請出生證明一案，復如說明二，請查照。

Explanation:
1. A reply to the recipient of year 107 July 24, the entrusted application.
2. After reviewing the office-file, there is no recipient's birth certificate.

說明:
一、復台端107年7月24日委託申請書。
二、經查本所檔存資料查無台端之出生證明。
