我讀到一篇新聞報導，其中有一句是：
The government now faces having to come up with more effective measures to ach
ieve its fertility rate target by the end of 2025 and maimtain the population
at around 100 million in 2060.
疑問：請問主要動詞(faces)後面接現在分詞(having)是什麼文法觀念?
