第二個that是補充event嗎?還是external world?
我認為that是補充最近的那一個，所以應該是external world才對。
但依我專業上的認知，會induce(觸發)any processing的應該是event才對。
所以如果第二個that在這裡要補充的是event的話，是不是要在前面加上一個and才對啊?
all events that are received from the external world and that do not....
