[請益] "上上週"的說法

想請問，如果在英文中要說"上上週一"，
應該要怎麼說才正確呢？
我自己想到的有：Monday from two weeks ago
但是總覺得這樣相當的冗長...
如果要說從"上上週一到上週六"，我會說：
Since Monday from two weeks ago to last Sunday
總覺得句子很長，請問有什麼比較好的說法嘛？
