其實我英文沒有很好，而且常常拼錯字，
但是我想可以多少幫點忙。

: 以我的理解這句應該是問egotist的人格特質，全天下的egotist應該都相差無幾

這裡的the egotist指的是"自我中心型人格的那類人"，
類似the poor/the rich可以泛指窮人/富人，而不是指特定某個人，
這樣的用法很常見。(雖然詞性不太一樣，不過形容詞是可以這樣用的)
另外，我覺得 one of the characteristics 這裡是不是用複數比較恰當?
: 2. Ego has also a sepcial meaning in psychology—but for the moment you
: ￣￣￣￣
: have enough problems without go into that.
: 這裡為何是has also?與用also has之間的差異在?
also作為一個副詞，它的位置其實很多變，不用太糾結，
常見的是放在but 後面，強調這個句子。
例如我們小時候常用的not only...but also...
我比較在意的是without 後面接的字是否該改用going?

: 這句主詞為derivation所以是用has而非have?
主詞是"Digging..."帶頭的整個名詞子句，derivation充其量只是個受詞。

: begun to make them part of your actvie vocabulary.

: 為何不是make them be part of ?
妳說的文法上並沒有錯，
但由於make本身就帶有become的意思，後面的be常省略，例如這個例句
It's the good weather that makes Spain such a popular tourist destination.
另外補充一點，有時候make後面不一定會出現"明顯的原形動詞"，例如這句
She had to shout to make herself heard above the sound of the music.
因為是使用被動語態"被聽見"，同時又省略be 的結果。
: 5. Is your alter ego quite similar to yourself?
: ￣
: 這邊可以改用with嗎?如果不行的話為什麼?語意上的差異是?
be similar to 才是文法正確的用法，with是誤用，
中文"A和B很像"容易造成誤導，如果用圖像式的表達"看到A會聯想到B"，
或許比較接近這個片語的意境。
我看得出來你很努力，沒有人一開始就什麼都懂，
大家都是花了很多時間和心力，一點一滴慢慢提升的。
給你一個小建議，
讀文章和句子的時候，可以用( )記號標記形容詞子句，
然後忽略整串形容詞，只用代名詞唸看看簡化句型。
找到真動詞後，用[ ]標記名詞子句，特別是作為主詞用的時候，
最後再抓出真主詞，別忘了動名詞也是可以當主詞的(例如上面那句Digging)
這樣會比較容易斷開魂結、看清真相。
