[請益] 寫信詢問的文法及用語

如題

我要寫信給交換的學校

問宿舍費用的匯款問題

想詢問板友用詞及文法是否合宜

重點就是

信裡叫我們匯款受益人寫自己的名字

但銀行說不可能…

所以想問這是不是韓國特別的匯款制度之類的

Hi, I'm  XXX.
Today I went to the bank for dormitory fee ransfer but some questions arised.
In the letter you sent us said
""The "beneficiary" is yourself… ""
However, the bank teller refused to do this, and said the " beneficiary" shoul
d be the person who receives the payment. And our name should be written on  r
emarks column.

Therefore, I want to ask whether it is the special kind of transfer in Korean
bnak, so I can tell the bank teller to do what you request.
