type 0:
If you go to bed earlier, you are not so tired.
只要你早點上床，你就不會這麼累
說話者認為這句話是一個永恆的事實(不管是以前，現在，還是未來)，只要你早點上床，
就不會這麼累。
type 1:
If you go to bed earlier, you will not be so tired.
只要你早點上床，你就不會這麼累(說話者認為如果"今天"晚上床，"明天"就會很累是事實
)，所以回應者可以回:
Even I go to bed late, I will not be so tired.

說話者不知道你昨天晚上有沒有很晚睡，也不確定你現在累不累，他只是猜測。
所以回應者可以回:
Thanks for your concern, but I'm tired because I caught a cold.
也可以把would改成might，來表示程度
If you went to bed earlier, you might not be so tired.
type 3:
If you had gone to bed earlier, you would not have been so tired.
如果你"昨天"早點上床(就跟你說了)，你"剛剛"就不會這麼累了(現在不累了)
晚上床跟"剛剛"很累是事實(已經發生了)，所以說話者有點譴責的味道

如果你"昨天"早點上床(就跟你說了)，你"現在"就不會這麼累了(一直都很累)
