標題[請益] 怎麼看這種文謅謅的文章?

我覺得這段文章唸起來文法一點都不對，很像是在賣弄文字的感覺。
From the goals of extendibility and reusability, ____ <- 這邊應該加主要句子
作者用了,____, <-(兩個逗點中間的為補充子句)來補充extendibility與reusability，這
邊我還看得懂，但後面接了follows我就看不懂了，不應該是接動詞才對啊?
然後, made of automomous software components我也看不懂是在補充哪個東西
請問高人，遇到這種沒有文法文章，我要怎麼閱讀?
