問題一
請問一下as were those 是不是 as those were的倒裝
as were只是要與前面的weren't recognized 跟 were checked做呼應呢?

問題二
請問這邊是否可以寫
1. as those in wheelchairs
2. as those were in wheelchairs
3. as those who were in wheelchairs
