請問各位大大，您會付予各()內的字怎樣的形式以完整句子?!

       * Ben:I need to find a job. Where is a good place for a student to
              work?
         Ann:Have you ever worked at a restaurant?
         Ben:Yes.I've worked at several restaurant.I had a job as a
              dishwasher last fall.
         Ann:Where?
         Ben:At The Bistro, a little cafe on First Street.
         Ann:How long did you work there?
         Ben:For two months.
         Ann:I have worked in a lot of restaurants,but I've never had a
              dishwashion job. How (9. you,like) your job as a dishwasher?
         Ben:I (10. like,not) it very much. It (11.be) hard work for low pay.
         Ann:Where (12.you,work) right now?

以下我想請問"我的嘗試解"是否也正確?!並付予部份說明(我的想法)!!

書上解 / 嘗試解or我的解:

1.have been getting / have got
2.have been studying / have studied
9.did you like / do you like
10.didn't like / don't like
11.was / is
12.are you working / do you work
13.don't have / don't have
16.Are you looking / Do you look
17.am going to go / will go
18.is looking / looks

9.~11.=>書上用過去式！可那不是一個事實嗎? 為什麼不是用現在式?
        還是在意義上有何區別?
12.~16.=>可否用現在式表狀態? (另外，現在式也可放"right now"前面嗎?!)
17.=>用will go, 則表示Ann跟Ben講話時當下所作的決定!!
18.=>形容一個狀態！

我想您要我看的是這個網站裡:現在單純式的使用時機?!(有A.B.C.3種!!)
我這邊提出的問題，9、10是關於Ben的意願，11是一般情況，請問這不能歸類B.嗎?!
(還是差別在於網站上提及的B.情況，看起來是肉眼看的到的，而我提及的問題是肉眼看不
到的?!)
可是如果照書上答案用"過去式(始於過去，結束於過去)"，文中問的是"意願"，和一個現
在還存在的情況，這不也怪怪的?!
請大大指點!!
