[文法] 一句關係副詞的文法疑問

嗨大家好

請問以下這句

She didn't know what to do when facing the situation

_______ she had to work with such a tough person.


答案給的是 where

拆解起來是

She didn't know (the place).

She had to work with such a tough person in (the place).


但這格有可能放why嗎？


如果拆解

She didn't know (the reason). 與

she had to work with such a tough person for (the reason).

不曉得我以上的觀念是不是有想錯的地方？
