這題也是想了幾秒，一開始覺得兩個答案都可，再仔細把兩個選項搬到後面看，也許還跟
request這個動詞用法以及兩個選項在句中定義有關係：
根據字典Request 的用法：
1. S request sth.
2. S1 request that S2 + 原V
3. S request O to V 或 O be requested to V
本題選項A : request information (it=sth.）
為用法1，是完整的句子
本題選項D：request the chatbots （them= 可做動作的O）也就需要用法2，後面還要加
上「做什麼 to V 」才能完整。
所以選 it.
