[請益] call a meeting to order是什麼意思?

想請問，call a meeting to order是什麼意思？

上網查的結果，有的說是「召開會議」，也有的說是「宣布會議即將開始」，

哪一個才對？？

另外，請問1200元怎翻成英文？
我一直以為應該是one thousand and two hundreds dollars, 但我看影集時，
影集裡說twelve hundreds dollars.影集裡這.....樣講是對的嗎？
