[請益] 請問not before the weather意思

各位大大好，
想請教在電影Backtrace裡面，
警察正在追捕逃走的犯人，
警察A問: Can we get a flyover?
警察B回答: Not before the weather.

請問not before the weather是指什麼？
我已經找了字典也google了，但是都沒有結果，
所以上來請教。謝謝！
