[文法] 省略關係代名詞

Q：Which sentence does not need its Relative Pronoun and would still be
correct?

(1) He’s the guy that ate all the cake!
(2) My brother has a computer that he plays with all the time.
(3) She is the lady who likes you.


我個人覺得三句都無法直接省略「關係代名詞」，除非原句調整如下：

(1) He’s the guy eating all the cake! (把 that ate 改成 eating)
(2) My brother has a computer that he plays with all the time. (無法省略)
(3) She is the lady who liking you. (把 who likes 改成 liking)



但是標準答案卻是(2)？

求解...... 囧。
