想請問以下對話的意思
Aerith: I've got one (寶石), too.
Cloud: You and everybody and their mother.
Aerith: Not like mine, no. It's special.
Aerith: Mine is not good for anything at all.
請問最後一句的意思是 我的（寶石）一點用處都沒有 嗎?
