[請益] 澳洲大眾運輸防疫距離宣導海報文法問題

無意間看到了以下這張照片，

海報是在澳洲滑雪勝地Perisher用來運輸遊客的Skitube上所張貼

雖然可以猜得出來是一個宣導類似梅花座的概念

但是海報上所寫的英文文法我不太懂

"1 Person can be seated On a yellow dot If they live with all
people in the 4 seat arrangement"



想請問的是：

1.句子中的They指的是站在黃點上的人們嗎? 為什麼前面用單數 One Person，

  後面用複數型的They呢?

2.這裡的Live with 該如何翻呢? 一般是"接受"或"忍受"的意思吧? 但是在這裡

  語意似乎不太通暢?


請問這一整句要怎麼翻成中文比較通暢呢? 謝謝!
