中括號 [] 的內容是引用的原文所沒有的，大都用來補充說明原文的缺漏或錯誤。
例如第一個 [is] 代表原文遺漏了 is 這個字。
而第二個 [sic] 則有 原文本就是如此 的意思，
用來說明前面的單字 uninclined 雖然拼寫錯誤，但原文就是如此。
這邊正確的單字應該使用 disinclined 才對。
