請問 high 在這裡是什麼詞性、意思丫?! 雖然查過字典，可能是因為文法太爛，
還是不太清楚它的意思！
(如果是adj.則應該放location前面；可是如果是N.，那是什麼意思?!)

"to raise ~ people" 還是 "to be used ~ people"?!
我時常看到這種句子，搞不清楚 and 前後句子的範圍?!
