想問一下以下兩個句子的意思，原始內文是連在一起的兩段。
1. Nailing the morning parkrun and getting the 8 hour sleep.(睡滿8小時 然後完
成晨跑)->不確定nail在這邊的意思應該怎麼翻?翻‘抓住’好像也怪怪的。
2. Other days it’s just five more minutes in bed with a cup of tea being mind
ful. (其他天 只要留心在床上多睡五分鐘和喝一杯茶)->怎麼翻都好怪…. 謝謝高手指導
